Our mission is to encourage community building through food production, donation, volunteer work, skill sharing and inclusion.

Community building through food production and donation is based on the principle of inclusion. People of all skill levels are welcome. Volunteers will plan, plant, tend and harvest a garden in the municipally donated space near the ballpark.

The Community Garden will be a gathering place, addressing isolation and offering connections to others.

Starting with twelve raised beds, we will grow a variety of vegetables in our first season to determine our rotation. Most of the harvest will be donated to those in need, some will be shared in end of shift light meals with volunteers.
